Running After Deer is the first album of Alix Lambert and the producer Travis Dickerson. Released in August of 2008, it was concieved by Lambert with music made by Dickerson. This album also features the collaborations of Buckethead on guitar, D.J Bonebrake on drums, Paul Eckman on bass and Travis Dickerson on keyboards and theremin, the album also features Samuel Stuart.
A preview song called "The African Toy" was availavle before the album's release.[1]
On August 1st, Travis Dickerson announced the track listing of the album on the forum of the record label website.[2]
